Visitors from AMS in theatre

This thursday I operated in Madrid, and I had some visitors, this time from AMS (Americal Medical Systems), the manufacturer of the HPS laser. They wanted to see a PVP (photoselective vaporization of the prostate) for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. The case I had scheduled was very difficult, it was a masssive prostate with an immense median lobe, so I had to be very systematic and slowly I managed to get a fantastic postoperative result.
